The backing frame is designed to be screwed onto any wall surface. Each individual frame is interlockable with one another. Christmas & New Year Delivery Dates
VIC, NSW and QLD
All orders ship from Melbourne, and some couriers have reported extended transit times for deliveries to and from VIC and NSW to the rest of Australia. Given these considerations, if you place your order before 30th November, you will most likely receive it before Christmas.
The same goes for those in a regional area; we recommend placing your order no later than 30th November to receive your order before the 24th of December.
SA, WA, TAS, ACT & NT
Orders for the above states should be in before the 30th November and as early as the 27th of November for regional areas within these states.
Office Closures
Our office will be closed from December 24th until December 28th, and from the 31st December until the 3rd of January. We will operate with skeleton staff who will be monitoring email enquiries during this time, but our phones will be unmanned.
Warehouse Closures
Many of our suppliers close over the Christmas and New Year period, opening again at various stages in early January. This means that our standard delivery times will most likely not be accurate.

Our main office is in Braeside, Victoria. However, our products ship from our many Warehouses across Australia.
How do I get a shipping estimate?
Once you’ve found the product you would like to purchase, click Add to cart. From there you’ll be taken to your cart page where you can see the shipping calculator. Select your state and add postcode then click “Calculate Shipping”. The rate will be calculated for everything in the cart.
How soon can I get my product delivered?
We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service. So, we work hard to get your order shipped within 24 hours. As soon as your product is shipped, we send you an email with tracking details so you can log in and see when your product is due to arrive.

No. We must have a registered address to ship to. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box.

Can the frames be used horizontally and vertically?

Yes, the Maze planter kit frames are designed to be installed either horizontally or vertically and the pots will clip in and out of the frame with ease no matter which way you decide to install. -
What is the outside dimensions of the Maze 25 pot kit when all 5 frames and 25 pots are assembled together? Would water need to be applied to each of the top 5 pots with the overflow to feed lower pots?
The dimensions are 78cm x 80cm.
Yes, you will need to water the top row of pots only.
The water will cascade down to the pots below. -
Hi are there removable plugs at the base of each pot to stop water escaping if needed.
There are not plugs with this system to stop water escaping.
Water pools at the base of each pot and then overflows into the drainage outlet of the pot to cascade down to the pots below.
If the drainage plug was blocked the pots would fill up with water and cause root rot.
If you would like to stop water cascading out of the bottom, we recommend installing a PVC gutter at the bottom of the green wall. This will collect the excess water and you can direct it to a nearby garden bed or drainage point using a hose or Poly pipe. -
Are the smaller pots mostly used for herbs.
Yes that is correct we advise that the green wall pots in this kit are suitable for herbs as they hold about 1.7L of potting mix.

Which would be the best wall planter to grow vegetables
The Maze vertical herb planters are ideal for herbs.
The extra large maze planter is ideal for larger plants or vegetables. -
What is the height of these potd and does it come with hanging brackets?
Each pot is 11cm in height and yes the frames are included.

How to I remove one of the pots already clicked into place? I need to move a couple of pots around
Hi, the pots easily unclip from the backing frame by pulling away from the frame while at the same time tilting the pot upwards.

Is there anyway to install these onto a colorbond fence? Would you need to instal some sort of board first?
Hi, You could certainly have your Maze vertical garden on a colorbond fence. You could hang each frame from the top of the fence with 'S' hooks, or you could attach a timber board to the fence (attaching it to the posts) and screw the frame directly onto that.

I have a wire mesh wall that was set up with the bag type hanging gardens and my own watering system. I am looking for planters that I can hang where I want on the mesh wall instead as the bags have broken down. Do your maze planter pots have to be hung on their frame or can I use them without it?
Hi, the Maze vertical pots are designed to clip on and off the backing frames. Is it easy to put on a brick wall
Hi Rosalee, Yes the Maze vertical garden kits are super easy to attach to a brick wall. You'll just need a power drill in order to pre-drill some holes into the bricks, then you can use any masonry screws/anchors (available at Bunnings or any other hardware store) to screw the Maze vertical garden frame into the pre-drilled holes in the bricks.

Yes the Maze green wall kit is safe to attach to a brick wall and comes with masonry anchor screws for doing so.
There is also a larger pot alternative kit but note that the pots cannot be used in the smaller kit as they won't fit into the frame. -
Does this product include the watering system and how is the drainage working . If it includes watering system kindly explain how it works and what we should do when installing it.
Hi Ramona, Thanks for your question.
This kit does not include the actual watering system, but it is very simple to add one.
You just need to run a poly irrigation hose from your nearest tap to the top row of pots and have a dripper in each of the top row of pots.
The water will cascade to the pots below via the funnel and wicking system included in the kit.
If you would like, you can also add a tap timer so this process occurs automatically every few days.

Hi there, The Maze Vertical Planter Kit comes ready to be attached to an irrigation outlet. Each pot has a built in reservoir overflow system to enable efficient watering of your plants and herbs. Just water the top planter and excess water makes its way directly to the reservoirs of lower planters (without the need to drip through soil).
