Irrigation:

The Maze vertical planter kits have the ability to be connected to an irrigation hose so you can choose to connect your green wall into a watering system. Each pot has an efficient built-in reservoir overflow system that feeds water from the top pot to the pot below (and so on) without the need to drip through the soil. Add an automatic timer for even more convenience.

    Delayed Delivery:

    Please note that while these timeframes are usually accurate, sometimes it may take slightly longer than our specified timeframe for your delivery to arrive.

    Most of our products are made specifically for the Australian market and to Australian Standards, therefore, we recommend you check with your local authorities that the product is suitable before ordering.

    Lost Items In Transit:

    If the courier company deems your items as being lost in transit then we will send a replacement item out at no extra cost to you.

    Redelivery Fees And Authority To Leave:

    If you are not home to accept your order, a card will be left advising next steps for re-delivery, there may be additional charges involved for this, especially for heavy items. If you opt for an authority to leave please note that once the freight has been delivered, the courier or Vertical cannot be held responsible if the freight goes missing from your property.

    Christmas & New Year Delivery Dates


    VIC, NSW and QLD

    All orders ship from Melbourne, and some couriers have reported extended transit times for deliveries to and from VIC and NSW to the rest of Australia. Given these considerations, if you place your order before 30th November, you will most likely receive it before Christmas.

    The same goes for those in a regional area; we recommend placing your order no later than 30th November to receive your order before the 24th of December. 

    SA, WA, TAS, ACT & NT

    Orders for the above states should be in before the 30th November and as early as the 27th of November for regional areas within these states.

    Office Closures 

    Our office will be closed from December 24th until December 28th, and from the 31st December until the 3rd of January. We will operate with skeleton staff who will be monitoring email enquiries during this time, but our phones will be unmanned.

    Warehouse Closures 

    Many of our suppliers close over the Christmas and New Year period, opening again at various stages in early January. This means that our standard delivery times will most likely not be accurate.

    This Christmas and New Year break we will be operating with skeleton staff.       Our main office is in Braeside, Victoria. However, our products ship from our many Warehouses across Australia.

       

      How do I get a shipping estimate?

      How soon can I get my product delivered?

      Can you deliver to a POBox?

       No. We must have a registered address to ship to. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box.

      When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

      Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email to confirm your order details. At this point, we recommend you review the order details and contact us immediately if you notice any errors such as an incorrect address.

      • Can we connect a drip system on a timer to these pots

        Yes, you could certainly connect a drip system on a timer to these pots.

        You only need a row of drippers along the top row of pots, and the water will cascade to the rows below.

      • Hi I intend to purchase the 9 pot wall planter kit and want to connect it to existing dripped irrigation which is 13mm irrigation pipe. Can you tell me what connection is needed?

        That would not be a problem.

        You can just run the existing pipe along the top row of pots and insert a dripper above each pot.

        Then the water will cascade down to the pots below.

      • Hi im interested in yr extra large 9 pot vertical garden . My question is as I can click each segment together does that mean i have to put 12 holes in my balcony wall or will 4 holes be enough to support nine pots and 3 frames

        It is not necessary to drill 12 holes for each frame.

        It depends on how heavy the plants are that you put in, but we generally recommend at least 6 screws per frame.

      Extra large vertical garden 9 pot

      This vertical garden is amazing. I have had a few different types in the past but this is great. The pots are big enough to actually grow plants that will create a green space and are well designed. Happy with my purchase.

      Fabulous product, love my vertical garden

      This vertical garden (Maze Extra Large Vertical Garden 9 Pot Wall Planter Kit) is perfect. Looks fabulous, easy to construct and install on a brick wall. The containers are a good size for developed plants and everything is growing splendidly about 3 weeks since installation. I will be purchasing another set to expand as this looks sensational.
