Our French-style urns and planters are large, heavy and fragile items, so extra care is taken when preparing every order for transport.
Each piece is professionally wrapped, protected and secured to a pallet before leaving the warehouse. This helps minimise movement during transit and greatly reduces the risk of damage.
Orders are delivered using specialised freight services suited to oversized and delicate garden pottery. Larger items are sent with tailgate delivery, allowing the driver to safely unload the pallet at your property.
Tracking is provided on all shipments so you can follow your order from dispatch through to delivery.
