Maintenance checklist

• Ensure the tanks have a reliable water source to never run dry
• Water needs to be cleaned regularly of debris, leaves and silt build-up
• Check for salt build-up in the pump, pipes or filters if fertilisers are used
• Ensure the pump filter is cleaned regularly by removing and running under a tap
• Ensure a stable electricity supply to the transformer
• If situated outside, the transformer must be in a water-proof housing.

Vicinity Greenwall Warranty (excluding electrical goods):

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Vicinity Greenwall is guaranteed for up to five years by the distributor, by way of refund or replacement, for manufacturing defects if used in accordance with the instructions for use relating to each range.

These pots are guaranteed for the same period against frost damage except where otherwise stated in the “About” section for each range.

In reality, if used properly, most of these pots should last for many more years than the guaranteed period.

 

Electrical Goods Warranty:

Electrical goods such as pumps and lighting come with a 1-year warranty. Where the product is not used as intended, or the product is modified by cutting cables or undoing the manufactures assembly the warranty will be void.

Plants such as bamboo, strelitzia, and other vigorous rooted plants will eventually outgrow and damage the planter if not repotted as they become too large. Failure to do so may void the warranty

Where the product is not used as intended, as specified in the “Essential Info and Product Care” for that range, or the product is modified by plugging, cutting or drilling and not carried out by KP&P, or without the written endorsement of KP&P, the warranty will be void.
